thanks to the varieties of the most valuable type of olive tree, the Koroneiki variety, which has been growing in Crete near Crete for thousands of years
Agia Barbara is grown. Eliama Daily Value Premium is cold-pressed within a maximum of 6 hours after harvesting the fruit.
The olives are hand-picked in specially prepared containers with a food safety certificate and are each allowed a weight
not exceed 1.5 grams. After pressing, the oil is stored at a temperature of 12-15°C in special stainless steel tanks,
additionally protected against atmospheric oxidation with nitrogen.
Region: Agia Barbarai in the region of Heraklion/Crete.
Harvest: 2022/23. Harvest time is between November and January.
